Delivering value in integrated water management: how much are 'multiple benefits' really worth?

Thursday 26th Feb 2015 8:00AM - 10:00AM

Victoria University City Convention Centre
Level 12 300 Flinders Street, Melbourne

SOLD OUT - You can put your name on a wait list and if a place becomes available GEMS will let you know.

We are excited to announce our first co-delivery with Stormwater Victoria.

Overview

An integrated approach to urban water management will deliver a range of benefits: healthy waterways, water security, reduction of flooding, greener neighbourhoods and thriving communities - but which of these benefits will really drive change? Will we be able to recognise an economic benefit to underpin a business case? Who will realise the returns and are they willing to pay?

This seminar brings together a series of industry experts working in strategic water planning, resource economics and urban design who will share their perspectives on what key stakeholders and communities value and how we need to shape the industry to provide a better case for action and investment in the coming year.
